Our top priority is the health of our colleagues, contractors and clients as we consider our response to the current Coronavirus outbreak. Â Although we are continuing to listen to guidance from the Government and WHO, we acknowledge that we are lucky enough to be able to complete most of our work using the cloud-based tools we use every day from anywhere. As a result, we have taken the view that we should support a policy of social distancing as much as possible.
As such, we currently offer a fully remote package with minimal physical contact between teams, and then only when absolutely neccessary. We pride ourselves on the effectiveness of our teams in remote working environments, however when safe to do so we can change back to a standard in office consultancy program.
We recognise that climate change is a key issue for the global community. As such, we have a responsibility, even as a small company, to minimise our environmental impact and carbon footprint resulting from our own activities.The aim of our environmental policy is to minimise our carbon footprint and other negative environmental impact, by:Regularly assessing our carbon footprint and other environmental impacts.Reducing resource consumption which we are currently doing by taking advantage of the shared resources available by using cloud computing and closing down as much or our on site resources as possible. This includes paperless services when appropriate.Re-using or repurposing as much waste as reasonably possible.Procuring sustainable products when possible.Recycling as much waste as possible.Compensating for our residual carbon footprint.Educating and enthusing all staff to be environmental champions.
